Returns Policy

Porto Wine House recommends a careful reading of the Returns Policy presented below :

Damaged package

Please inspect all packages as soon as they are received. In the event that any product is broken during shipping, please contact us at info@portowinehouse.com within 48 hours of receiving your packaging so that we can initiate a claim with the shipping company. Please keep the original packaging and its contents exactly as you found them, and if possible take pictures. We will arrange a new shipment for the broken bottles or we will send a new parcel with the missing bottles.

Product returns

If you wish to return the bottles, please contact Porto Wine House at info@portowinehouse.com, within 15 days of your purchase. Wine should not be returned without our prior approval. Please send email with all such concerns to info@portowinehouse.com and be sure to include the customer’s name and address, date of purchase, product name and year, and reason.

We inform you that Porto Wine House will not accept the return of the product after being used, or if it has been altered or modified, it is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence, poor storage conditions .

 In order to return the order, the product must be in perfect condition for sale, and if applicable with its original packaging, accessories or promotional offers included, and accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.

Porto Wine House only reserves the duty to only refund the amount referring to the returned Stock and not the value of the shipping costs and fees associated with the chosen payment method, costs which are borne by the customer.

After receiving our confirmation, you can send the bottles back to our warehouse, with address at Rua Cândido dos reis, 10, 4400-069 Vila Nova de Gaia.
