Description
This wine results from a selection of the best grapes from a plot of 3 hectares. The final product comes 100 % from Alvarinho grape variety. The fermentation occurs in new barrels of Frenck oak, with a capacity of 400 liters , where it also ages during 12 months on the total lees. This wine reveals a fine and elegant aroma. In the mouth, it shows great structure and minerality that extends in the palate.
