The subsequent access and use of the website by the user will be considered as an unequivocal sign that he has read, understood and accepted the new changes to the Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

These General Conditions in force are intended, with the order form, and the other elements referred to therein, to regulate the terms and conditions governing the provision of the Porto Wine House Online Store Service, based in Rua C\u00e2ndido dos Reis, 10, 4400-069 Vila Nova de Gaia, under tax number 167586831.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any and all alcoholic beverages available for sale at the Porto Wine House Online Store can only be purchased by people of legal age, in their country of residence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Porto Wine House reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.<\/span><\/p>\n

The images that illustrate each product at Porto Wine House are merely illustrative and may differ from the product subsequently delivered, these same products also being subject to stock rupture. In the event that the images contain any year or specific information, the title and reference of the website of the products in question must always be assumed and never the information contained in the image itself. Porto Wine House is not responsible for any typographical errors due to computer or translated reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n

Despite the efforts of Porto Wine House, some products may have an inaccurate price, which is why the team checks prices whenever processing orders. Consequently, the prices presented at Porto Wine House are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual proposal. If the effective price of the product is lower than the advertised price, Porto Wine House will refund the difference. If the price is higher, Porto Wine House will inform the customer of such situation by email and await its decision to accept the new price or cancel the order within 15 days from the date the email was sent.<\/span><\/p>\n

As they are different stock counting systems between the online store and the physical store, there may be differences in the quantities presented online.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of a stock out of any of the ordered products, Porto Wine House reserves the right to communicate this to the customer, who may choose one of the following options:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. a) refund of the amount referring to the product in question;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. b) total cancellation of the order and respective refund of the amount;<\/span><\/li>\n

    In no case can the customer demand delivery of paid goods, without first having confirmation that it is available for pick-up or delivery. This confirmation will always be sent via email after the order summary email (which is sent when the order is paid). If the stock is out of stock, the customer may take one of the decisions indicated above.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Under Portuguese law, all prices shown at Porto Wine House include the respective VAT rates in force, unless otherwise stated.<\/span><\/p>\n
